Chanteuse

There are only a few kits still available in The Nook Store!!
Definately check out Jennifer's Blog later this week.  She has done some INCREDIBLE layouts  and cards with this kit, and I'm sure she'll be sharing them there!  You can also pop into the Nook Gallery for some inspiration!
This one shows off the new Marianne Creatables Morocco birdcage, bird of paradise, and the foliage from the frame set that is currently out of stock.

I used some of this, my favourite Prima Trim from my stash for this one.

This is a 12" flocked paper that I've cut to 6X12" and folded in half to make the base with.

Just messin' around

I have been back in my groove lately, and even working outside my DT kits for the Nook! :0)

I will have May Reveals for the Nook shortly!  You might want to head to the store and check out The Girls Paperie Kitch collection....Yum!!

I was using up some old AND new on this one!  Prima paper, MR flower trim, Prima butterflies, and Bosskut die cut.  See those little tags sticking out?  They're from K&Co at least 5 years ago.  They came in a little chinese food container along with about 9000 others! lol

This is the new Pink Paislee Butterfly Garden  paper....it's gorgeous!  I did this layout for the April sketch challenge at the Nook, and picked up the paper and stunning trims there as soon as the paper came in store! I love the softness of it!

The boys were incredibly lucky to get to play a hockey game at Ricoh Coliseum Home of the Marlies, last month!  While we were in Toronto we made our first visit as a family to the CN Tower!  We were so fortunate to have fabulous weather!  Most of April was overcast and rainy, and indeed the day following this trip we were back to rain, it was perfect timing.
I have to admit, while I loved looking out the windows, and being on the observation deck outside, I wasn't too eager to jump onto the glass floor! lol  My kids on the other hand were completely FEARLESS!  They loved every second, and I struggled like you wouldn't believe to let them walk all over it, but they had their experience, I have my pictures, and hopefully we never have to do that part again. lol

I want to send a special Thank You to Gillian from the Nook for the "gaggle of goodies" that helped me complete this fun layout!
I still have to find my fine point black sharpie to journal though. lol

And some cards with the new Nellie Snellen dies!
These puppies are an AWESOME Value for the money, and they are in store now at
Also, check out the Marianne Creatables dies (hoping mine arrive today!)

These two are with the Eastern Ovals.
I can't remember the name of this set, but I love them, and i'm calling them beaded ovals. lol  They're out of stock, these guys literally FLEW out of the store, but I'm hoping that they will be re-stocked!

I got this osterich stamp at ScrapFest!  I believe it's a "My Next Stamp" Stamp.
